Payments
All prices listed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Full payment is required when placing your order in our online shop.
All our online transactions are processed via Credit Card or PayNow.
Delivery Terms
The delivery terms clause of the eCommerce Terms and Conditions is also often referred to as the “Shipping Policy” and includes the basic shipping/delivery policy for our online store. A delivery charge of S$5-$20 will be charged on all orders with a total value less than S$250. Self-collection is available at Guan Ann Chan Ginseng Supplier during operating hours. Additional delivery charge may apply for any other special arrangement such as special timing, location within CBD, Sentosa Area, etc. Please call us for further information. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of orders is not accepted after payment is received. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
However, if you would like to postpone the delivery of your order, do give us 2 Full Working Day’s notice in advance of the original delivery date. If there is a quality issue or if you received a wrong item, please contact us immediately.
Liability & Return Policy
Any defect in the quality, quantity and condition of the goods should be notified by the Customer to Guan Ann Chan Ginseng Supplier online store, on receipt of the goods and the delivery should be refused by the Customer. If the Customer does not notify us and accepted the delivery, Guan Ann Chan Ginseng Supplier online store will not accept liability for such defect and the Customer will be required to pay for the goods in full as if delivered, refund and exchange will not be entertained.
Products return/exchange to be made within 7 days. Refunds and exchange is strictly not allowed beyond the stipulated time period. Returns are only accepted for defected items. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging intact.
